We operate www.dodopaws.com and provide the information, content, features, tools, products and services available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, or by placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and any other policies made available on the Site.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to you.

Returns, refunds and voluntary change-of-mind returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Any voluntary return period offered by Dodo Paws is in addition to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

In particular, a voluntary 14-day return period does not impose a 14-day limit on statutory rights relating to faulty or non-compliant goods.

The ACCC confirms that consumer guarantees continue for a reasonable period depending on the product and cannot simply be removed by an arbitrary store warranty or return period.

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content, including:

are owned by or licensed to Dodo Paws, FERRONET METAL TRADE LTD or their respective licensors.

This clause does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent where such restriction is permitted by law.

We may transfer our rights or obligations as part of a legitimate business restructuring, sale, merger or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject always to mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in the country or region where the customer resides.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

For example, Australian customers retain rights available to them under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.
